Question submission facility

We have included a feature to allow you to submit questions related to clinical scenarios/dilemmas you are unsure how to manage or have difficulty diagnosing. We are unable to answer each and every query, however, we will endeavour to cover the most common questions during the course??..it is after all for you.


PayPal has taken my payment but I received an email stating that my order status is 'Processing (can take up to 48 hours)'

Most payments to our site are confirmed immediately. However, some are delayed by PayPal for further security checks - this can take up to 48 hours. If your order status has not been changed after 48 hours please contact us at info@cardiovascularcourses.com



I have paid but it says my booking is not confirmed. What does this mean?

Most online bookings are confirmed within 48 hours after the payment is confirmed. This is to make sure we do not over book between our postal bookings and online bookings. Our online bookings take precedence over the postal bookings.


How long does a postal booking take to confirm?

Postal bookings can take up to 10 days to confirm. This is because we have to confirm the payment - normally a cheque and then the booking. You will get an email from us when the order has been fully confirmed.


What do all the order status values mean? It's confusing.

Processing (can take up to 48 hours) - if you have paid but PayPal did not complete the payment immediately the order will be set to this status. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes after the payment for this to change.
 
If you are about to pay but then back out at the PayPal page your order will also be set to this status. We will check against our payments records. If you have not paid within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled by our website administrator.
 
Payment Confirmed - Confirming Booking - this means you've paid but we are making sure there is a place for you. Most of the time it is safe to presume you will be allocated a place. 
 
Payment and Booking confirmed - This means the order has been completed.
 
Booking rejected - processing refund - this means that we couldn’t accommodate you on the course. Your payment will be refunded via PayPal if you paid online or by cheque for postal orders. We will keep a record of your order and if someone else pulls out we will contact you to see if you want to take that place.
 
Cancelled - The booking has been cancelled.
