Cancellations (for whatever reason) will be subject to the following conditions:
For cancellations at least 1 calendar month prior to the course date, we will issue a full refund minus a £50 administration charge.
Cancellation within 1 calendar month of the course date will not be eligible for a refund however if we are able to re-sell your place on that course, we will refund the full amount minus £50 administration charge.

Please quote your full name, address and booking reference in any correspondence. The date of the email will be used to determine the refundable amount as set out above.
